Wake up a little earlier and go running. Increase how far you run each day. Outside = the poor man's treadmill, and just dancing, or doing other things that you like that involve a lot of movement more should do the trick.

Cardio gets rid of body fat but make sure to eat clean or it'll be a waste. Limit processed foods and unnecesary carbs
The fastest shortcut is hard work. But if you're looking for an absolute fat killer then do the anabolic diet. Its hard as f*** and requires working out but it burns fat like none other.
Cardio and dieting. Hell, you don't even need to diet really, just hit the treadmill or pickup some yoga/dance exercise routines. Personally though, I would just hit the treadmill.
