What are some personal rules you have for yourself when it comes to your dietary / activity habits?

We all have our mantra when it comes to food and / or activity.

(I personally don't like using the word "exercise" because imo it has a negative connotation; makes physical activity sound like a chore)

In case you're still confused about what I'm asking, allow me to answer my own questions. Here are some of my personal rules / habits:

1) There is no food, that due to weight / fitness management reasons, that I refuse to eat. Every food can be eaten; however frequency and portion size must be considered.

2) I drink tea literally every day. Green/Black during the day, and herbal teas at night.

3) I ALWAYS take my multivitamin after eating my breakfast. No excuses lol.

4) I avoid "diet" drinks; the sugar substitutes imo are worse than HFCS (and they give me headaches too)

5) I see no reason for me to avoid alcohol. Gotta have some fun.

6) I always do my best to incorporate alkaline-foods into every meal.

7) If I'd had a sedentary day, I always do some deep stretching before bed.
