Blacking out when you stand up is a symptom of low blood pressure. I found out I had this years ago.
A few months ago, though, I started feeling exactly as you described. It was awful.
I figured it couldn't just be low blood pressure. Went to the doctors and they diagnosed Anemia. They gave me meds for it and it was amazing.. I felt a difference within a day and, after a week or so, all the symptoms was gone. The room stayed still and I had energy again!
So, my point? Talk to your doctor :) [again.. specifically ask for a blood test.. The first GP I spoke to missed it]

I would try getting a second opinion from another doctor, that's obviously not normal. Is your mood okay? Depression can make you tired a lot. Other than that, I think if you have an underactive thyroid it makes you tired.. maybe low iron. It's hard to tell what exactly it could be. Is anything in your diet/surroundings different than usual? Try to narrow it down.
Dizzy feelings and blacking out, could be signs of too little oxygen reaching your brain.
This could be anything from low blood pressure (anemia) to low oxygen content in the blood. (You might have sleep apnea, for example, which could also explain the constant tiredness.)
Go to a different doctor, and don't take "nothing wrong" for an answer.
