Does anybody know of some good leg workouts? I would like to shape and tone my legs.
Plyometrics - Jumping related exercise that combine heavy resistance training and cardio in one.
Squats, lunges, hip raises, hamstring curls, leg lefts using heavy weight.
A TRX can do it good for you, too.

Squats, deadlifts, lunges.
If you don't have access to heavy weights, work towards pistols, standing up from a chair or bench using one leg, etc.
The eliptical usually does it for me or running up and down a stadium what ever I have access to.
