soccer is really my passion and I understand that it can literally control your life. then you realize oh sh*t I haven't hung out with my friends in two weeks...so my advice to you is only play if you really love it. It's a really demanding sport if played at a high level and if your not that committted there's no point, and you really won't be helping your team. like my dad used to force me to play basketball but I just hated it so much. after about 7 years of HELL I finally stood up to him and told him I was quitting. I guess he must've cared but he didn't seem disappointed, he just now puts way more pressure on my soccer. yay for pressure. sorry for my rant. bye.

Well I can't make it for you but I can try to help ^^
It seems like you really love soccer and that's great! But at the same time you say that lately, the stress has gotten bigger and bigger, to part where it clouds the joy of playing. What you have to decide is whether or not you can be prepared to live without soccer, and if that would help you feel better... Maybe it's not that easy when you have a team relying on you but you could try moderating the time spent on soccer. Since you love it and maybe don't want to quit cold turkey. ^^
Soccer is a retarded and straining game that results in traumas and a lot of pain later on.
Advice : Quit the sh*t and pick up something else, like yoga for example or a water sport of some sort(allthough it is ill advised for a girl to get a very broad back due to swimming).
