I take Vitamin A pills. I read once that it helps your acne and drink lots of Water!
Of course not everyone has the same skin but biologically speaking internally this works best instead of using harsh chemicals on your face that can dry out or make your skin more oily.
8 ounces of water a day is suppose to cleanse your body and help with the acne and it definitely helps for me especially with my redness because my skin is so sensitive.
I also take 3 vitamin A in the morning and 3 vitamin A at night before I go to sleep and they are in 8000 I.U.. You have to drink plenty of water when you take vitamin A as well. Hopefully you should see improvements soon :)

you get acne in different places on your face and it is a reflection of your health/specific aspect of your health. diet, exercise and hygiene have a lot to do with the clarity of your skin but if you want to know what exactly is causing YOUR acne and how to get rid of it based on its specific location check out this link! - link
Well, you always have the old fashioned cheese grater.
A less painful way is to limit the amount of oily foods (chocolate, etc.) and sugary drinks (Pepsi, Coke, etc.) you take in, and use exfoliating face wash. Commercials try to tell you that biology isn't involved with the amount of acne and pimples you get, but that isn't true. Biology has almost everything to do with acne. Since you are under 18, it is normal for your body to produce excess oils, and those oils block skin pores, they get infected, and, voila, you have pimples and acne. Shower every day, too.
i would just say exfoliating wash in the morning and afternoon. try not to touch your face too much with your hands. if your acne gets mega bad and won't go away, then go to your doctor and ask for some isotretonoin. they'll decide whether you need it or not first tho. they will also take a blood sample to see if you can take the drug, just to see if your cholesterol is too high. I had it and it just blitzed my acne! hope this helps! =p

The "Stop that Spot" gel by Good Things is utterly amazing!
Obviously it's not a miracble cure but on a number of occasions now I've put it on a spot int he evening and by the morning it's a tiny red mark that no one would notice, which goes the next day or so.
It's also really cheap :)Wash your face when you wake up in the morning and before you go to sleep, moisturize, but don't overmoisturize, in between.
Change your pillow case every week
Use a pimple cream regularly on problem areas
Drink a lot of water
Try not to touch your face too much
Trying to pop pimples only makes them worse and may leave a scar
If face wash for acne combined with the creams doesn't work, try going to a dermatologist and they can prescribe you medication to takeThere is no quick way to get rid of them. You can only try your best to prevent them.
Clean your bedsheets often and use anti-acne face wash. There are plenty of those on store shelves.I have tried everything possible and impossible to get rid of them and nothing worked! Until I checked a doctor .. now I am fine :) so I say check a doc . Good luck :)
You can't take them off. Just leave it alone and it'll go away by itself.
+ Wash your face twice a day with warm water and mild soap to prevent spots.if there's a whitehead, you can pop it. other than that, just wash your face daily.
