- Stop washing your face/drying it out so much (let oil levels return to natural levels)
- Eat right (less oily/greasy foods, processed foods, more fruits and vegetables)
- Exercise a bit more (will improve overall health, including skin quality)
- Get deeper, more restful sleep (overall health will also improve)
- Get a little sun every know and then (Vitamin D production will increase/be at normal levels, helping skin quality)

You need to improve skin quality. Try taking cod liver oil tablets. I was getting new spots all the time. When I started taking these my spots disppeared after 3 days, never came back
People say that ice helps but I tried and it didn't do much for me but you could try.. lemon dries your skin you could try that.. if you have an oily skin I would re commend biore face wash it's really good and it's quite tangy on the face
