My body just stays at the same weight.

It seems that regardless of how I eat or exercise my body wants to be 135lbs. Over the summer I got myself down to 129lbs but I got burnt out because I had to kill myself to do it (1000 calories diet, working out everyday for two hours). I just weighed myself for the first time since then this morning and I am 135lbs again. I generally eat healthy for the most part and exercise 3-4 times a week.

I know that it's not an unhealthy weight, I'm 5'7ft so kind of tall, but I was so much happier with my body at 129lbs and I really want to be 125lbs. But I can't keep up with the diet and exercise that my body requires to stay that way.

Is there anything that I can do? Why is it so hard for me to stay in the 120's?
