P90 x workout schedule.
Doesn't really require much (if any equipment, and little room is needed).
You can probably find some website to stream these videos from (just get a tube-downloader, to save the video stream).
It's really intense & if your at a beginner fitness level I would recommend: not doing as many Repetitions / lessen the intensity for a few weeks / and to do the yoga/stretch exercises more than the others (at first).

Half the P90X course is cardio and yoga, the other half weights. I did it for 6 weeks last year and lost a ton of weight before my computer failed on me. You could just do the cardio/yoga days and still burn a load of calories without becoming all muscular. If you want to tone up then make sure you use really light weights for the weight training days otherwise your biceps and legs will grow and grow!
Do the M-100.
That should give you a taste of what a compressed, intense full body cardio routine can do.
