Everyone is different but I pretty much did the same thing as you but unintentionally (I lost my appetite after a breakup recently).
In the course of one month, I lost about 6 pounds after cutting out almost all sugars and junk food (i'm a chocolate and cake junkie). For reference, I'm currently 5'5" and 103 pounds.

Yes I'd say its possible. But make sure you are still eating enough. Eat 5 meals a day that are healthy.
Depends on whether or not you accompany it with exercise. But to be honest at 115 lbs you're just fine for 5'4" and if you want to change your look to look more fit at that height/weight it's going to take more than just cutting our refined sugars. It's going to take some firming up of your body and that takes exercise.

The issue is your gonna end up reaching for something else.

Yeah, that's not gonna work out well for you.my nephew has rather slow metabolism and He lost 30 pounds in two months simply by removing sodapop from His dietary intake...
it all depends on how many calories you burn and what exercises you do.
