200 cals is way too few!! You will lose muscle as well as fat!!
You need a balance of protein, carbs, fruit and veg, dairy and fats. Not less than about 1200 cals a day. Portion control, low fat products, and exercise are the keys. Don't lose more than about 3lbs a week. Your liver has to process the fat you will lose so don't make it work way too hard. Don't try fad diets, they don't work long term. Just increase your exercising slowly. If you go for a fast walk, slow down or stop every 15-20 minutes. Your body will learn to keep burning calories while you stop ready for the next fast walk. Eventually it will continue to burn them for up to half hour after you have finished, just in case you decide to do more. You've tricked your body and increased your metabolic rate!!

Very unheathly, you should never eat less than 1200 calories a day especially if exercising. Your body goes into starvation mode when you eat like this and you lose muscle not day. When this happens your metabolism slows and you will gain weight very quick when you go back to eating normal. The weight you lose on this is not fat just water and muscle Use the internet and do some research!

Seriously girl... If it's the first... Let me tell you. I' be been on a 700 cal/day diet and this morning on my way to work I thought I was gonna faint. No way in hell I could do a 200 cal a day without being seriously malnutritioned and endangering my own life.
You'll soon feel as light as a feather. Since you'll be dead. 200 calories a day and exercise? Not enough energy for your body to keep going. You think you'll be fine, but you will faint. You would have to drink sooo much water too since we get so much water from our food. And drinking too much water can kill you too.

200 calories a day is like eating 2 yoplait light yogurts a day. That's not enough. You'll die.This isn't enough even with 0 moving!
Start with 1200 Cal/day.
Then slowly go down.
But don't go lower than 800 Cal/day.1 pound of fat is 3500 calories and your body uses about 2000 a day.
keep in mind you can also metabolize muscle too though.200 calories a day? Girl you gonna die
