From your pic, u don't seem fat at all but just in case you do have more than 20% or so body fat, don't just depend on plain jogging, even in running, you can have combinations such as normal jogging, HIIT, HIAI (high intensity aerobic interval) etc, the reason is, u don't want loose skin. Another advice for that is don't change your diet suddenly overnight, take time to achieve a good diet and it shouldn't be one of those fad diets on the internet which guarantees quick results NOT AT ALL. I lost 45 kgs and have no loose skin at all so I know what I am talking.

U need a good diet too. To lose 5 pounds u need to have a deficit of calories to lose the weight -3500 equates to 1 pound and u should easily be able to attain one or two pounds a week with a good diet and exercise
You will loose fat, gain muscles and feel better. Well, as long as you eat well and not too much of the wrong thing.
You don't need to run. Dieting will be enough... Running will help though...

You need to fallow a diet beside your execise to lose weight
1 pound of fat is 3500 calories and your body uses about 2000 calories a day. So if you ate nothing and ran all day, you might be able to lose a pound a day. good luck.
Just try to eat as healthy as possible , avoid junk food and greasy food , and run , you'll lose it !
