Diet: 1200 calories a day and all of it from fruit veggies and lean proteins. And only water.
Exercise: Running one mile (sadly that's all I can do at the moment) 5 days a week with two of those days being accompanied by the p90x ab routine. Squats and lunges every other day. Then on the sixth day I will do yoga.
I want my body lean and toned, is this good?
