Anyone ever had these symptoms...?!

i started a new job a few weeks ago - I've been living off 3 red bulls a day with (usually only manage to eat once every 24 hours) which I know is bad! so it might be the cause!...

went to bed Sunday night with a hangover so couldn't tell any different...woke up Monday morning with a really stiff neck, sore back , and heat rash but just ignored it...

by Monday afternoon/evening I was FREEZING, my breathing was erratic, heart beat was really fast, my throat was agony, and my back was agony unless a lay on the floor!...

Monday night I had got no sleep cos I was so restless but really tired, had cold sweats all night, headache, eye ache, sore throat, back pain, BOILING then FREEZING feeling, out of breath, racing heart...

Tuesday morning all those symptoms continued but got a lot worse...i also lost my balance a few times and felt dizzy through out the day...

the same on Wednesday but the symptoms were not quite as bad...

and today all I have left is a sore throat, headache, and muscle aches!

i went from feeling like death to feeling fine in 3 days...anyone else had this before because I thought flu lasted weeks?!

The Red Bull Energy Drink contains high levels of sugar and caffeine. The caffeine content in it is two times more than what is found in a can of soda or other aerated drinks...no I never had that problem I keep a track of what I eat and you shld start doing it ...its really bad stop that soon

Too much caffeine will bring on this sort of symptoms in some people. Time to get some real food and cut the red bulls, for sure.

This is all because of the caffeine in those red bulls. They're causing your heart beat to race which causes other things. Its a domino effect. Stop using them! Get sleep. Energy drinks are definitely not good for you especially if you're seeing side effects like this.

Stop with the red bull.Thats really all I can say...AND eat properly because it doesn't sound like your immune system is doing well AT ALL. :(

You might have the flu or something combined with only consuming sugar and caffeine
