Trending & News Grapefruit. And don't add sugar. Veggies are magical, but try to eat them raw as you will get the most nutrients without fat this way. Biking is a pretty good work out, but it has to be a difficult gear (if your bike has gears) not something measly like one or two. But make sure you're eating enough, because you want to keep your metabolism going. It's best to eat five healthy snacks through the day than three meals. If you must eat meals because of family, eat a big and substantial breakfast, medium sized lunch, and a small dinner. Drink green tea. Don't eat after seven p.m. A great morning drink is to boil water and add lemon and honey, and don't be afraid to use honey, as long as it's organic-- it's actually really good for you. Fruit smoothies are great, and instead of plain yogurt or milk and ice, use greek yogurt in the smoothie. Eat frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. Oat meal is so good for you. Celery, oranges, strawberries, grapefruit, apricots, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, tangerines, carrots, and apples are really good for you because they burn more calories than they give you. In other words, digesting these foods burn more calories than they make you gain. Vitamin C is a great fat burning component that helps burn excess pounds from your system. Berries (not jelly, it has a lot of sugar) have fiber in them which is good for weight loss. Leafy green veggies are prime. Last but not least, add grate some raw ginger into your tea, but don't let it stay there for so long that it makes the tea taste bad. Raw ginger is also really good for you.
I hope this helps! :) ask if you want anymore tips.
Cellulite is caused by the connective tissue causing that oh so familiar dimpling effect on the surface of the skin. That's also why someone can be thin and have cellulite. Your connective tissue is individually rooted in genetics, so thank mom or dad. Only a plastic surgeon can make it disappear. (Ask your family doctor if you need confirmation.) While diet and exercise will shrink the size of your fat cells overall, it will not affect your connective tissue, thus little to no effect on cellulite..
Exercise alone won't get rid of cellulite although a reduction in size will also cut the mass of the cellulite, naturally!
There's no cure short of surgery for cellulite, but herbal poultices will help, massage will help...
Cellulite won't go away once it's formed on your body. It's kind of like a scar. A scar will always be there and can only be removed through surgery.

You can get rid of cellulite. Exercise and drinking lots of water will help. Where's it located? If its on your thighs, running works wonders. However, its a slow process. Don't expect it to be gone in a few months. Just keep working at it. Also, a 1500-1600 calorie plan seems a little high to me. Just make sure you're working out intensely each workout to burn that off. One pound equals around 3500 calories.
thankss :D
No matter how much you exercise it will never go away fully but it will greatly reduce the appearance. So go for exercising if you want it to be less noticable but unfortuanly there is no "cure" for it...which sucks. :/
Read it more carefuly honey.
"A great deal of money is spent by people who want to rid themselves of cellulite, but no amount of WEIGHT LOSS, EXERCISE, massages, wraps, creams, supplements, or surgery has proven to effectively eliminate it once you have it."
