Does anyone else use a resistance band to exercise / workout with? If yes, how do you use it? If you don't, is there a reason why you don't use one?

I have a full set of resistance bands that came with a door hook. I find that for lighter resistances (say, when using bands rated at less than 25-30 lbs of resistance) they work great. Better than dumbbells, in fact, for many exercises. Once you get heavier than that, however, they start to get a bit weird. Working out with heavier duty ones produces a very unnatural feeling and I tend to feel the soreness more in my joints than in my muscles, which generally is not a good thing.
Based on my personal experiences with them I would highly recommend them to anyone who does not need heavier resistance levels. However, if you plan on using them for heavier lifting work, then I would definitely steer you closer to dumbbells instead. That's just based on my experiences with them.
Just recently actually. I find that using bands to superset really stimulates the muscles. I lift til failure and then rest about 20 seconds. I then use bands to target those muscles until failure then rest before starting over again. I do 4 sets like this.
