Does anyone else use resistance bands to exercise / workout?

I have a "heavy" resistance band and I happened to started using it again since I haven't for a few months (got a bball court and was all about balln for a LONG time).

I love using it. :)

Does anyone else use a resistance band to exercise / workout with? If yes, how do you use it? If you don't, is there a reason why you don't use one?
