Summers coming and I want to get into bikini shape. I have a gym membership, and I want to come up with a good exercise routine. I am not in bad shape to begin with just want to lose maybe 10lbs and just tone up in general. What is the best way to go about doing this by summer?
I never understood the idea of wanting to "get into bikini shape." What is so difficult about maintaining your good health and shape year round? You don't need good weather to do it.
