Whey protein IS natural protein. Your body can't store protein like fat for later use, so if you're trying to build muscle, you need to take in a constant, high concentration of protein for anabolism.
If your primary source of protein is milk, eggs, meat, and nuts, you'll not only be consuming lesser concentrations of protein, but you'll also be getting more fat, which is naturally present even in the leanest of fishes and vegetables.
Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean it's any better than isolated or pure reagents.

nothing. The value of 'natural' and 'organic' food is greatly overstated.
Just because something is 'natural' does not at all make it better. Often in fact its worse- modern science being applied to food is usually done to make it better. Sometimes of course unnatural stuff is made such in order to stretch out as much food as possible and make money but...not always. We shouldn't always jump to the natural=good assumption.
I guess people eat 'unnatural' stuff because it tastes better and is a lot more convenient.

Whey is natural protein. It is a dairy protein. Its main advantage over other protein sources is that, if you are using an isolate, it is cholesterol free, and it is absorbed into your body much faster than any other type of protein.
It doesn't make a difference other than the fact that WHEY is more calorie efficient.
Any protein is fine just avoid soy. Peanut butter is great as well
Absolutely nothing. Whey is quicker to eat and it doesn't have a s much calories.
