Counting calories? Setting a number of pounds to lose per week? It's all wrong, you won't lose anything with that approach. You might think I'm exaggerating but I guaranty you that you'll keep the same shape until you finally decide that you want to lead a healthier lifestyle and become fit, strong and in good shape. Obsessing over numbers shows that you have no motivation in that regard. You just want fast results with little to no effort and it's not gonna cut it. Once you start working towards your goal of becoming a fit person, no matter the immediate results and pounds lost per day or week, that's when you'll start to see results that will last. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time and demotiving yourself over a worthless diet. I wouldn't do it, I've learned my lesson way too many times.

you need to eat more actually. you're killing your metabolism by working out so much and eating so little. depending on your current height and weight, you should probably be consuming something closer to 1400 calories per day.
It depends what your current weight is, but unless you're obese you should probably eat a little more. Even if you weighed 150 that would mean cutting down to 500 a day which is totally unsustainable. I mean don't get me wrong, you'll lose a bunch of weight if you ate that little, but you'd probably feel like hell.
Eating less than 1000 calories will put your body into starvation mode, where your body will start to consume itself to make up the difference, and everything you eat will be stored as fat where possible.
It's a incredibly stupid and unhealthy thing to do.
