open your pores by placing a very warm (not hot) wet washcloth on your face to open your pores. get a cleanser for dry sensitive skin, there are plenty. you can also wash your face with oatmeal. takes oats wet it with warm water and rub it all over your face for a couple minutes then wash with warm water. since your face is dry you can use an oil based moisturizer. (garnier I find is a good company for skin care products). also cutting back on your sugar intake will certainly help clear up your acne, and drink plenty of water. also you can eat foods high in zinc or take a zinc supplement because it has skin clearing properties. don't over wash your face (no more than twice daily), and have warm showers, not hot, because it can make your skin more dry. apply moisturizer within the first 3 minutes of getting out of the shower.

collard green with olive oil.
this worked with my sis. just cut a couple of leafs, turn it into some paste with a mixer put a little bit of olive oil (just enough to make it get ''glued'', but not so grassy that it drips from your face - probably 1tea spoon for 2-3 leafs) then put it on your face for about 10-20 minutes.
Honey and lemon jucie. Or try heating your face with steam then rinse with baking soda to remove blackheads that can cause pimples.
