Since I've started working out, I can't handle the same amount of food I did before

imnot sure what's going on but before I worked out, I could eat and eat and just load it on. now that I go to a trainer in order to lose some weight I can't eat nearly as much. like on Friday some friends and I were hanging and Fridays are my pig out days but recently I get sick when I eat too much.

before I could eat say a specific amount of food and then get sick (like a lot of food) but now I have to stop at about less than half of what I ate before or else ill throw up. why is this? I mean I kinda like that I'm having a natural reaction to eat less, but I'm just curious as to why
