I usually don't feel like eating breakfast in the morning, but I try to most days. Usually just a bowl of cereal and some juice.
its so important to eat breakfast , a lot of people don't and they only end up eating too much at lunch or worst again , not enough.
i don't always have time. I do drink coffee in the mornings though. I also drink it in the afternoon. And at night... I love coffee.
I voted d but if I have to get up in the morning I eat breakfast. I'll either eat cereal or a bagel if I do.
I always eat breakfast. I have oatmeal, or peanut butter on toast or both. Also once in a while I have eggs.

Yeah I usually almost always eat eggs and a nutrient rich smoothie. Sometimes I will throw in some bacon. Sometimes some pancakes. Sometimes I will grab a bagel at the coffee shop.

When I actually have time ( which doesn't happen a lot ) , I usually just make some muffins where you can just add milk . Sometimes I have cereal : Krave , Cinnamon Toast Crunch , Froot Loops , etc .
I wish I could eat a full breakfast, I always feel nauseous in the morning.
Almost never unless my girl sleeps over and I will make us both breakfast.
