I try to lose weight but it keeps on finding me and I don't know what to do, I'm plump and I know it so I want to do something about it. and though I want to do something about it I don't want to diet I hate dieting and it never works with me because I can't stick to it, like if I'm hungry and I pass a fast food place I can't go to McD's and order like a salad or something the idea is ridiculous to me. so though I know a good balanced diet is important is there any good styles/ways of exercising alone that can burn a lot of fat? I'm 5'2 and 127lbs. I just want a slimmer form so I don't look like a tub-o-lard rolling about the place. OK thanks
