"I can't go to McD's and order like a salad or something the idea is ridiculous to me."
LOL! I totally feel you.
Anyway, 5'2" 127 is just fine. You'd have a hard time rolling around anywhere since you can't be a "tub-o-lard" with those dimensions. ;)
In any case, exercise is good. You should do it to be healthy, not just lose weight. Take up a sport that requires a fair amount of regular movement. Go on daily bike rides. If you like outdoors-y stuff go hiking for an 1-1.5 hours a day. A lot of people don't like running just to run, but there are road races everywhere ... start training to run a 5k, with a goal of breaking 25 minutes. Find a hip hop or swing dance class that meets a few days a week. Heck, try to master one of those dancing or exercise video games.
And if you want to lose weight, make sure you're monitoring your intake, because the tendency will be to want to start eating more once you start exercising to keep your energy level up. Losing weight requires spending more energy than you take in...that's the basic equation.

I think your weight is proportionate for your height, but if you still want to lose it, there's only one and no other way.
To burn more than you eat.
The only reason why people say diet is 70% and exercise is 30% because people are naturally lazy and just not eating IS easier than going through tedious exercise.
So if you don't want a diet but still want to burn fat you pretty much have to exercise more.
Also, about the same "to burn more than you eat" - when you pass that threshold when you have burned more calories than you've taken you WILL feel hungry and uncomfortable.. even if you've eaten a buffalo before a moment but still managed to burn the whole of it and past by exercising.
You just have to suck it up.. when you're in a weight-loss phase your body thinks you're trying to kill yourself(for a good reason actually) and is gonna send you a lot of nasty signals and warnings, and the sense of hunger is it's strongest trump card.
"...like if I'm hungry and I pass a fast food place I can't go to McD's and order like a salad or something the idea is ridiculous to me." Well, it should be because McDonald's salads have more fat and calories than their burgers. Surprise!
You should start off slowly, cutting out unhealthy and unnecessary items first, like soda, or cut the amount of times you eat out in half, making gradual changes week by week so you can adjust. I talked to a girl yesterday who said she gave up soda for Lent one year and lost ten pounds. Little changes like this don't require dieting but can have a serious beneficial impact on your health and weight. Start making most of your meals at home, where you can control exactly how much fat or vegetables you want to add to your diet. You really can eat whatever you want, as long as you control yourself and do so in moderation (of course, moderation for one person means something else entirely for another, but if you follow typical serving sizes and only allow yourself special treats every once in awhile you should be fine).
There is almost no way of losing weight without watching what you eat. If you eat a bunch of bad food, you will need to do hours upon hours of exercise to burn it off and lose weight at the same time.
There is NO easy way out of it, and you won't get what you want by being lazy about it. If you want it, you gotta work for it.
your weight and height are just fine...they are proportionate...but I know the feeling I'm 5'1 and 122ibs and still wanna drop a few pounds...you definitely got to be active running is always a plus but if you aren't one who likes to work out I would suggest you reduce or stop eating meat for a while.

If you don't have the metabolism to stay skinny then a proper diet is the only way you'll stay thin. The amount of exercise you need to accommodate a poor diet is more work then you can maintain.
There are tricks to keeping your metabolism up and minimizing how bad you eat, though. If I get fast food I usually go for the chicken sandwich without mayo. It's not as flavorful but you save a lot of calories in comparison to loaded cheeseburgers. Drinking more water will also help flesh your digestive system and keep waste and toxins out of your body.
Actually... Water is the secret to everything. Replace sodas with water.. drink water at night when you're hungry to fill your stomach... drink 4 glasses in the morning if you can't afford breakfast to start your metabolism... staying properly hydrated (clear to very light yellow urine) will improve almost every bodily function inside of you.
At the end of the day there's no excuses for not staying healthy. There aren't any short cuts to losing weight and you'll never keep the weight off if you don't find a system that you can maintain indefinitely.Work out longer and harder.
Keep in mind your body can only handle so much that's why diet is an important stabilizer that keeps your weight down during rest periods. Sustainability is more important than fast results.
Realistically if you want to lose weight you have to compromise your diet. You don't have to give up everything 100% but maybe cut out 25% of the bad foods you eat. If that adjustment is sustainable you will lose weight over time. You don't really want to lose weight with that attitude. "I don't want to diet I hate dieting". Seriously?! If you go to McDonald's, you're not serious about anything. Even their salads are high in calories. I bet you drink soda and eat everything you want when you want to. That's not gonna make you skinny.
Make a change to see a change. Eat healthy and exercise. Its not a secret... And if your parents are rich, you can always beg to get lipo you don't need as a high school graduation gift.Well you have to change to eating habits, if keep eating unhealthy you're doomed. Do 30-45 min of cardio 5 days a week and you woill se results. Also work out to tone you muscle that way you would me losing way and toning, and by building muscle you'll burn more calories :)
Sure. 3-6 hours/day steady (brisk) state aerobic work at around 130 bpm heartrate.
the best way for girls is jogging/running/walking.
