definetly have a sleeping schedule. If you go to bed and wake up at different hours all the time that can cause some issues.

Some things that help:
Go to bed at a decent time, and wake up earlier in the morning. While it is still cool out, try going for a jog or walk around in the yard for a few minutes to wake up. Don't start of the day with sugary food, and drink lots of water. Vegetables and fruits have natural sugars that can keep you going throughout the day. Working out a bit in the morning wakes you up and can fight against fatigue, as well as the cold air.
You likely have nothing to get excited about. Try setting goals for yourself and get adequate sleep. Go to bed at 9-10pm and wake up at 5-6am every morning at the latest and find productive ways to fill that time.

How are you eating? Do you eat lots of junk food, fried food and not a lot of fruits and veggies? Diet can affect our moods and how energetic we feel.
How about exercise? Getting into an exercise routine can help kickstart your energy.
I would also maybe start getting a sleep routine down where you go to bed at the same time every night to see if you can get your body into a pattern.If you are sleeping enough, then it could be a health issue. For instance, thyroid problems like hypothyroid are known to cause people to feel fatigued and exhausted. Definitely get a check up with your doctor!
get a hobby, girl yourself some " me time" once a wk. Feel beautfil control your life I felt like that. I always felt sick , but it started to work out and yeah I feel a bit better more alive! :D
The only thing that works for me is waking up early morning and heading out for a run and eathing healthy and drinking a lot of water. Always the remedy for that.
go get a complete blood check for everything, the blood tells it all
