I suppose there is like a 50% chance ill see it through to the end haha. I might get distracted...
What are your experiences with p90x and other programs like it?
"Jason he's the king, he's the ripped king" "AB. RIIPPPEEERR X..."
Haha.
My regimen is a little bit of a combination between MMA and military exercises, to weight lifting and plyometrics. It depends on the body part but Ab Ripper X is very good for getting a lean and toned muscular body. I wouldn't recommend it for skinnier people.
I personally think it's great and I mainly use it for Ab workouts, it's gotten me the best results. However, for chest back and leg workouts I use free weights.
For cardio I use MMA shadow boxing and sprawl routines and one my hardest workout routines consist of running uphill with leg weights attached to my ankles. That really gets you going.
All in all I think P90x is a great tool for people who are targeting certain areas and looking to get a very specific result.
If you're losing weight and trying to get tone, P90x is for you. However, if you're skinny and trying to gain muscle mass, P90x is NOT for you.
