I'm 5'8", 140 lbs.
I'm decently muscular. my measurements are 35, 25, 36. So I'm a pear shape I guess? I have a little bit of a lower belly that I want to lose, and the inside of my thighs. It seems like no matter what I do, I can't loose that. I do eat very healthy. But any tips to help for those places?
