So I started going to the gym few months ago but quit because I'm just too lazy and always find an excuse not to go. So how other people get motivated to work-out or how you stay motivated.
I work out because of how it makes me feel. If you notice after you go to the gym you're in a better mood and less anxious, also look better it makes you want to go again. No one ever regrets working out.

Going to the gym is flat out boring. Find some sports that actually have a fun or social dimension. Martial arts, football, tennis, well, you know what a sport is. Go forth!
