I do them regularly cause I like the challenge. Normally, I can do a wall-sit for about 2-3 minutes which apparently is weird to my friends. I wonder if they actually do anything or if I'm wasting my time. I'm not an athlete, although I do work out nor am I training for anything of any sort.
I'm 5'2 1/2 & weigh 117 lbs & I don't have a big butt at all -_- It's toned & small-medium so I'm not looking for it to get bigger but am I wasting my time?

Just to clarify, I'm NOT looking for a big ass. I don't want one. Attracts the wrong guys and is unattractive in the long run
