I heared that doing lower stomach exercies works like you know the ones where you lye on your back and then just put your feet together and move them up and down? those really work although they are tough but if you have a 4 pack I'm sure you can handle the pressure it puts on your stomache. Although generally belly fat is due to what you eat especially carbs or high fat foods but those execersises would work for the lower stomach. You could try this as it goes from the basics if your not used to it

From what I know you can't spot reduce fat. I guess you just gotta work harder which means you will lose fat even more all over, not just the lower belly part, but it should lose there too.
