What about a decent amount of weight?
Has anybody here ever dropped pounds this quickly?
Any tips or advice would be much appreciated.
I just need a little boost of confidence because I have a big day coming up and I want to feel my best.
But I have gained a few extra pounds, since there have been a lot holidays in my family this month- which means food, food, food!
