According to BMI you are only slightly overweight. But I'm not going to go into all of the faults of the BMI calculation. But it doesn't take into account muscle mass. You're likely better off having a skin fold test done by someone who knows what they are doing and how to do one correctly to find your % of body fat. I don't think that you need to make any drastic changes. Just stay physically active and eat healthy and you will be okay. If you aren't physically active now and eat healthy. I'd suggest that you start. Check the recommendations by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

You could sand to lose the 10 lbs, and then see what yu think. For your height, about 30 lbs less would be reasonable as a final goal.
It depends on your body type. Are you an athlete? What are your eating habits like?
10 pounds wouldn't be bad, and would actually be quite doable.
I would say go on a 1500 calorie a day diet, log your calories, weigh your food, etc and see how you feel.

I'm not really sure how the looks, but if you can then lose weight or tone up, I don't think its encessary though?
it really depends on how your weight is distributed, that height/weight can look really good or not so good depending on that
if you want to lose ten pounds then do it, you're not overweight, but if that's whatchu wanna do then, OK !
