You can feel it in your own clothes. I'd say you'd see chancges from week one, but if you're only trying to lose weight for some event in three months, you'll gain it back after that.
I'd say it would take more than 3 months to see solid results and feel like you're a healthier person over all.

Minimum results, about 2 weeks. The first week you notice water weight loss, the second your pants and clothes fit a tad different.
Maximum results, 2 months or so. Maybe one month, but 2 months for sure, you should notice your body changing.
Why do women always say they want to lose x amount of weight in x amount of time. Id say in 6 months you will see very noticeable changes. Id suggest taking a picture of yourself now and taking another in 6 months to really look at your results.
You notice within a week if you've been really good! About lbs a month, on average, of real, non-water weight.

You see results after the first week. After that you have to keep up the intensity and push forward even harder to see results as the days progress. Diet alone is slow, so try to work hard.
