When do you see weight loss results?

I'm on a diet and trying to lose as much weight as possible in the next three months. I'm drinking tons of water, trying to go the gym, and replacing healthy foods for fast food. I mess up every once in a while but I get back on it. So how long does it take till you see maximum results when you're dieting. I see some changes, like my face is shrinking. But how long do the results kick in average?
