For example, for years I used to have panic attacks. The Doctors just gave me different tablets to relax me, stop my heart beating too fast or to help me sleep.
The tablets ranged from mild-severe side effects. Most of them long-term.
Recently, I kept a diary to see if there were any links and found out that the days I had the panic attacks were the days I had chocolate in the afternoon.
I researched into this and found out that caffeine and Theobromine (found in chocolate) can cause panic attacks in some people.
Since switching to white-chocolate, I have been fine and feeling happier than usual.
How do you make your Doctor listen, or can't you? Should you see someone else, such as a homeopath?
