Look at other answers about cardio all day long but the best way to lose them is by swimming. Even though you have a flat tummy and are probably in great shape (I am sure I would like your body) swimming and dieting is the way you will get a more tall and slender look. My thought is at your height losing more than 20 pounds or so would not be healthy as you are already at a good weight. You are already at a good weight and I think that your bigger thighs are just the way your body type is but swimming will thin them a little as will dieting. Good luck to you

okay so the number one exercise for people like us is cardio!
your better off walking on an incline for just 30 min
or riding a bike for 30 min
or swimming!
and yoga to cool down!
trust me! as soon as I stopped being so hard on myself working out got easier. and it worked

Just remember to keep your shoulders squared and your leg straight, you can hold on the edge of the couch to so you can do them almost anywhere.

Cardio is your best bet. And not 20 min of it... at least 40 minutes. You also need to watch your diet. You can work your ass off at the gym, but if you don't eat right, you're not going to get the results that you want. You seem pretty in shape though, so it could just be your body type and there's nothing you can do about it.
