should I really lose weight?
I've always thought I looked okay for the most part.
I mean, I'm no super model and I'm a little insecure in a bikini but I didn't think I really needed to lose weight so much that my relatives needed to comment.
anyway, what is your opinion? should I lose weight? and if so, how much do you think I should lose?
most people said just to tone up, does anybody have advice how?
i mean I work out, and I do pilates like twice or three times a week but I never get that toned look. any advice to that?
