You can't lose weight fast.

And it doesn't matter so much what you eat, as how much you eat. If you eat 3000 calories a day, even if it's fruit and veg, you will get fatter.

Yes-that is hardcore working out-hardcore dieting. Eat NO carbs-do lots of sweating and lots of walking-running and sti-ups
