Well, besides the fact that I would say no to drinking so early in the day where alcohol dehydrates you, I would not eat a huge breakfast and drink a litre of water before running. Since you are already in calorie-debt because you have been sleeping for six - eight hours, running helps you most after a workout before you ingest food as you do not fatigue yourself before you work out as well, running is something that actively burns calories and potentially fat and does not help promote muscle growth which is needed to passively burn calories and potentially fat. So while your intentions may be good, you have the timing wrong. The red wine if anything would be good to have with dinner, while having red meat as it better suits the meal and your palette would appreciate it more.

If you have time to relax after your big meal of the day, sure, why not wine in the AM if that's what your schedule dictates..!
I personally wouldn't even drink every single day, but that's just me. Do what feels good to you, maybe have half a glass. I like grape juice better haha.

I guess you could if you were either rich and didn't have to worry about money, or unemployed and collecting unemployment, other then that maybe on the weekend.
I don't drink before noon... Only people I know that do are alcoholics. =P
I do not see a problem with that plan. Why are you even asking? lol It sounds to me what a European would do to relax, and in fact I would love to do that as well. lol
I don't know, the bath, wine and reading sound like a good way to end the day.
Who has that kind of time?!
