lots of cardio at least 30 min 3-4 times a week or more if your bold. diet tip just eat healthy, no sugary drinks, just water. watch salt intake, cook and prepare your meals. no junk foods, except every now and again I do it I admit. its necessary for the sanity factor. lots of water! 2 liters a day I think at least. like today I had a bowl of frosted wheaties. for lunch awesome salad with tenderloin pork medallions that I cut myself. for supper home made ham burger, with a fruit smoothie! 2 cups of coffee!

smaller portions over all. breakfast is largest meal while other meals get smaller. light workout with more cardio but replace some of the calories after a workout. keep some curves because they look nice
dont set yourself into starvation mode by not eating or drastically reducing how much you eat...u will end up gaining weight.
shake your head every time food is offered jk :P.. eat whatever you like BUT in moderation cause the feeling of deprivation makes you crave food more, also it can be that your metabolisn is slow.. running is a good start to boost your metabolim ^-^
its all a/b portion control! don't deprive yourself of what you want just limit how much you eat... and if you still want more walk around text a crush or chew some gum just distract yourself for a bit and it will go away...

Soo I use the "IF" program. I have been using it for a week now and no nothing else worked for me! Message me for more detail it takes a lot of fasting which isn't that hard after the first 3 days! but message me (:
Workout 5 times a week for at least thirty minutes. Drink nothing but water and only eat red meat right after you workout or in the mornings. You can also go on my fitness pal. I love it and am currently using it.
Listen to everyone else unless you want to diet hard. Which I don't actually recommend. But if you want to, message me and I'll explain the best way to do it, IF you want to (best in terms of maximal fat loss safely while minimizing muscle loss).
cutting out carbs and sugar works well for many people but it is hard to stick to and you will always have to eat low carb or you will gain the weight back

eat no carbs. its hard but it works.
Eat less. Exercise more.
