Hi, so I've always been slender, I have an athletic body type and and I've always loved the way I looked. Guys are always saying I have a great body and I was perfectly happy. Some days I think I should start a workout plan, but I'm too lazy. And anyway, this is my last summer before college, and all I've been doing Is goofing off, being lazy and what not. Eating quite a lot. And I've lost ten pounds in the last month or so. I don't know why! I was 106 before about a month ago and then two weeks ago I was 101 and now I'm 97! I really don't look much different, but it still kind of freaks me out. If any of you have any idea why this might be happening please share. :))
As long as you feel healthy, I wouldn't worry about it. Weight can fluctuate for a lot of reasons, including water weight, what you eat, hormones, etc.
Water weight alone can vary 5 lbs, so you might have really only lost 5.
It's normal to weigh different amounts in different seasons as well.
You could actually be eating less calories even though you feel like you're eating more as well.

you could have an overactive thyroid, I have a friend that has that and she doesn't excerise and she eats whatever she wants cause she doesn't want to lose weight and she lost weight and really fast too. so go to a doctor and get it checked up
