What's a perfect weight for a photomodel?

127lbs and 5'5' :( Bad bad...how do I change it?Flat,almost perfect belly? HOW?I lost weight,but I have a disordered eating and it does not help also.Id buy some natural diet pills but how do I lose the thing on my belly,i have stretch marks and a bit cellulite too.Im confused,and pissed off.

Don't take diet pills, they do not work. Some do have caffeine in them, and that takes away some of the water. But it's dangerous cause girls need the extra water.

Now I could sit here and tell you a list of exercises, and guess what, they won't work. No one likes sticking with one idea, or one workout. Not because they don't want to, but because they get bored and don't see results as quickly as they want.

So let's try a little science for your question :). Consider this, every minute of normal constant activity burns 8 calories. This goes for any constant activity, except running of course and anything that resembles a high intensity. If you factor this in logically, that means the key ingredient to being healthy and keeping the weight off is to... avoid doing nothing.

Here are some small and few, but perfect exercises to target your stomach. Keep in mind, loosing weight in your stomach and face are the most difficult places to loose fat. But it can be done. Along with "avoiding doing nothing" consider doing 100 or more sit ups every other day. That's twice every 4 days :). Avoid doing them with lousy repetition, concentrate on each one feeling the tightness in your stomach. The other is dancing or zamba moves. I tried really hard to find something on youtube and I couldn't find a darn thing, except this. This is from a movie.

At exactly 3:36-3:37 he twist his torso. Now what we want to do here is the exact opposite. Instead of going down, up and still moving the torso in a wavelength pattern. I know this sounds confusing, but have you ever seen a break dancer move his stomach in a wavelength pattern? That's what I'm getting at. Believe it or not, this is one of the most effective and funnest exercises you can do for your waistline. Please only do this once every two days as you'll be sore.

The last thing? Avoid fatty foods. Opt for a grilled chicken instead of a burger, avoid fries if you can, and please stay away from trans fat. To be perfectly honest you can eat anything as long as it's all natural or organic and gain very little to any weight. The other small bit, is to find out if your lactose intolerant. I had a similar problem where my stomach always felt bulky, and I realized I was unable to digest dairy products properly. Check about that.

What thing on your belly? A bellybutton? Don't seem like it bothers much, but if ya don't like it just stuff a little Bond-o in it and wait til it hardens. If you're 5'5'' and only weigh 127 pounds, try eating a little now and again. Good food, good exercise habits, plenty of rest, and your good to go. Don't sit around and obsess over somethin' that ain't a problem to begin with. Get out and live. We ain't on this earth forever ya know. Don't look back when its too late, and wish ya had had more fun. Too late then.

Exectly!I agree with you,and the "thing" is that my belly is not flat,and I wish it would be.I lost weight,and my boobs used to be D,and now they are much smaller.But my belly isn't flat still.

I guess if ya want it to be flat, and toned, you could do lots of sit-ups per day, and over time it's sure to tighten up. Don't know of any exercises to broaden cup size, but then, I guess it would be odd if I did. But, if they were a D, ya had plenty to start with, so you can afford to lose a bit without pouting too much. lol. Stay well, life is good! If ya should ever start feeing low, just remember that you're only young once. I'm 53, and I still manage the occasional smile. : - }

Belly and breasts are quite different: a breast is mainly fat (and a gland) and going on a diet will hurt you there first. A belly is muscle and fat and it takes time to strenghten your abdominals to the point of having them "6-pack"-shape. For your health you don't need to lose weight .

I have cellulite, stretch marks, and acne.

I am underweight, 115 lbs at 5'7.

However, back when I was at a healthier weight, I was a fitting model.

I was told I could be a model but I would have to be taller.

For a flatter stomach, try the swiss ball, I used to do sit ups with it and a 12 lb medicine ball over my head. Every time I leaned back, the 12 lb ball touched the floor, I sat up and brought it over my head.

300 of those, 3 times a week.

I had a flat stomach with definition in 4 weeks.

at 2 months, I had great definition.

any job, career, or anything or anyone in life that makes you want to change who you are naturally, to the point of damaging your health is not worth pursuit. I'm sorry you are feeling inadequate but the modeling business demands a specific type of physique and only a small percentage of women fit it. This does not define beauty or SHOULD NOT. I do not think skinny and tall is attractive. it is fake and unhealthy. I much prefer curves and muscle... like scarlett johanssen, jessica biel, kim kardashian, kate winslet.

Oh man, I totally know what you mean. First off, as awkward as it may be, check your genetics. On your mother, father, and even grandparent's sides. I found out I can't get rid of it because of genetics. No matter what we do, it's impossible to lose for some reason. Unless we get surgery. It's just one of those genetic nicks that bite. However, nobody will really care about that, you're thin and you're going to hurt your body if you try to force yourself to get "perfect"

You're perfect the way you are, you should kick people that say otherwise and feel great about the way you are.

why do you need to be the weight of a photomodel?

fyi, you can eat as little as you want and your stomach will not become flat. you need to build muscle there by exercising. starving yourself will only make you look emaciated; the models that you see in ads for victoria's secret work their butts off to look like that AND they have experts who airbrush the photos to make them look perfect.

what!? 5'5 and 127lbs?! why lose wheight your a paper wheight as is! really don't try to lose wheight by eating less. just tone what you do have. want a better looking stomach? do sit ups or go to the gym and tone it.. that's all you can really do. but really if I could I would give you a few twinkys to chow down on cause it sounds like you need them...lol

Vitamin E oil at night, aloe in the morning. That should help with the stretch marks. Make sure the aloe is pure and doesn't have any coloring, alcohol, etc... same for the Vit. E. You want the pure product.

I'm 5'7 and there are girls who are like 115 ! it's crazy. I weigh more than that. but you can get laser surgery or some natural health food store for the stretch marks

You sound very thin. Maybe the agency is referring to having more tone or muscle. Try doing some abdominal work and leg exercises to tone your body.

That's normal weight for an ordinary girl, but maybe a little heavy for a model. Are you actually working a s a model, or just aspiring? Because that is not a good job to get into if you already have an eating disorder.
