I need help droping a few pounds....

I have a very fast metabolism and right now weigh a 124 pounds. I hate working out with a passion but I do walk everywhere I go. I have a small belly that is noticeable in tight shirts. I want to know how can I lose this small pouch with out going to the gym or working out. Normally I swear off carbs all day and only eat them at one meal. I then drop weight fast, any way else I can lose weight?
