As already said, if you do ab exercises without warming up, without them being part of your work out, do they help or is it wasted effort?
My arms and legs and body as a whole is getting more and more toned and I love the progress I have made, but my stomach has always been with a little extra on. I do my work outs regularly, they include my necessary amount of cardio and av exercises.
However I"m thinking of doing ab exercises every day. but I"m not sure if it will help :D
