Does anyone know how to get rid of a really bad tan?

I look like a damn burnt cheeto. Any suggestions besides staying out of the sun? Or is there no cure for a bad tan? D;

I know exactly how you feel, I've been burnt so many times because I'm such a white boy. Anyways, what I do is use A LOT of aloe vera gel, sun burn lotion, and this may seem weird and gross but vinegar helps too. Although it reeks so bad, it helps. I suggest you give it a shot and see what you think.

Overall, just take REALLY good care of your skin and let nature do the rest.

I don't think anything will get rid of it (personal experience) I sat in the sun at the beach and got a pretty bad full body burn, they don't generally hurt me much but it was pretty bad.

Anyway there's not much that's going to fix it I used aloe vera and some solar burn stuff and I still peeled. It just soothes I guess.

Well it will soothe but not do much from what I have read, I read a lot on everything. If you want to get lighter, stay out of the sun for a while or don't spend long periods in it. So that your skin will start to turn lighter.

Sunscreen every day! SPF 30 is generally enough. Wear it all the places that are exposed to the sun. You can also ear sunglasses and big floppy hats.

The tan will fade on its own.

As far as I know, nothing. Just stay away from fun by applying protection.

Lay out under the moonlight. It reverses the effects of a bad tan.

try showering in cold water
