I have got discolored teeth and wants it to grow whiter what can I do .please help me.

My Dad's a dentist. Most whitening things are just carbamide peroxide. It's really nice because it's a gel (though it tastes nasty). This stuff works wonders. It works the same way as hydrogen peroxide, which is extremely cheap but harder to keep on your teeth for a long period of time. Baking soda probably works too. If you have sores or blood in your mouth regularly overnight, it can stain your teeth. Coffee and tea will stain your teeth too, but I wouldn't avoid them because of that.

For the rest of my dental needs:

I have a sonicare vibrating toothbrush which makes brushing super easy, and I have floss on what seems like the end of a toothbrush. Those things are amazing. I have all-natural mouthwash with no alcohol, and all-natural toothpaste, but that's just because I prefer non-alcohol all-natural things.

I had the same problem for 12 years. I talked to my dentist, and he said he'd fix it. One day, after my cleaning, he just took a buffer brush to my teeth, and I swear not 5 minutes later, they were perfectly white! So before you go blow $500 on a laser treatment, see what you regular dentist can do first. Good luck, and keep smiling anyway!

1) Eating strawberries, they have malic acid in them, which helps clean your teeth up a lot, but don't eat too many, or theyll actually wear and corrode your teeth. (some people mix strawberries with baking soda to enhance whitening)

2) buy tooth whitening products. whitening toothpaste, whitening mouthwash, whitening gum, etc.

3) avoid sugars, unless you brush your teeth right after eating them

4) try not to smoke, tar hardens and sticks to your teeth very quickly

5) never skip brushing your teeth and be thorough in brushing them

6) floss! getting rid of the plague and tartar in between your teeth will enhance the whiteness

7) dark chocolate is supposedly good for your teeth too, but I don't remember why...

crest whitestrips work sooo well. at first you might not like them since it feels weird to have them on ur teeth for a 1/2 hour. but you get used to it and the results REALLY are worth it. you just do it 1/2 hour twice a day. then theyre sooo much whiter in just 10 days. or you could get professional whitening but whitestrips actually works better for me and its so much cheaper (like 30$ instead of hundreds).

try crest white strips. strawberries. also baking soda and natural health food store hydrogen peroxide mixed in or buy a natural toothpaste without chemicals and is designed to whiten teeth. avoid coffee and tea as much as possible.

The internet has a lot of teeth whiting products. I use ones with 38% peroxide & have trays that you wear when you sleep. The gel only last for 3 hours so there is no chance of overdoing it because you usually sleep more then 3 hours

guess what. the color of your teeth are hereditary. sure you can whiten them if they're discolored by stains and food stuff.

but if you've got naturally yellow teeth. it isn't gonna do a thing for them. also, if you have any fillings in your front teeth.

whitening products will not work. so if you're naturally yellow .. the only way to change the color is by getting caps or veneers. good luck man. and also, just be happy and healthy. so what if you don't have a blinding smile.
