Would you ever have plastic surgury?

personally I'd want a nose job and maybe my jaw realign? I don't know I'm obsessive. does anyone know how much a nose job cost? and if they do payment plans? I use to work with this girl who had her boobs done and she said she was paying them off . . .(but I feel like she could have been lying cause her parents are super rich.)

SOME plastic surgeons offer payment plans while others simply want it up front. It's a HUGE risk to do payment plans with someone because there's no guarantee they'll pay on a regular basis. I believe when they do offer payment plans, you still have to put a down payment(somewhere around $2,000-$4,000)

My friend needs jaw realignment but it's expensive as hell. Chances are, if you get your nose done, you won't need a jaw realignment if it's just for aesthetic purposes. If it's medical, then you should focus on that and then the nose job.

I want my nose done and my lips reduced and my cheeks reduced. But I'd rather have the nose first, then the lips and then the cheek.

yeah I could see the risk in a payment plan, well I think I may try for the nose first. although gosh I wish I could get it all done at once.

Yep. Mostly I'd get a boob smallifying thingo (aka breast reduction). It's incredibly expensive, but part of it is covered by my government when it's causing health problems so it's something I'm seriously considering.

I doubt I'd do anything cosmetic, though.

what bra size are you? I would never get a breast reduction but mine are a fair size I guess. see when I was in high school I prayed for boobs when I should have been praying for equal face proportion lol

I'm a 32DDD. They are just too big for my frame, so they hurt my shoulders a lot.

Nose jobs (rhinoplasty) in the US (assuming that's where you are, costs will vary in other countries) range from $3000 to $10K for a top surgeon in a big city. And you do get what you pay for. Some clinics allow financing, depending on your credit. To avoid paying high costs, people in Western countries will travel to developing countries for quality work at much lower costs, easily including the air fare. Countries good in that regard include South Korea, Thailand, and Brazil, they have safe, clean clinics and very talented surgeons.

I'm not familiar with jaw alignments.

yeah I may have made up jaw alignments, I don't know if that exist lol. but gosh korea for a nose job? I would have to earn some serious piggy bank money.

yeah that would be expensive if you didn't get discount airfare. People usually get multiple procedures done when they go that route.

Your nose is just fine, so is your jaw and the rest. Anyway, nose jobs are creepy, unless you have a huge bump in your nose and have it subtilly removed. I would only consider surgery after an accident, not like it is now, even though I might dislike some features. Surgery hardly ever makes someone more beautiful, unless if they have huge deformations or burn wounds.

You can always Google surgeons within' your area and how much their estimate costs are. You can always have a consultation before actually setting up the appointment for surgery.

I can see why you would want a nose job. It sucks have that bridge there. I have it as well. I like cute noses.

You're nose looks completely fine. If its for a guy, ask yourself would you rather be with a guy who loves how you look now or when you're modified. When you change yourself, you'll only be second best to someone who naturally looks that way. embrace how you look as you are :)

you can take a loan and pay it off and I think there is special medical loans. maybe the girl you knew got them from her parents and promised to pay them back for it or she got a loan for them cause her parents didn't want her to have the surgery and told her they wouldn't pay for it. I will get surgery at one point in my life when I'm like 50. Then I want a boob job and knee rejuvination and have fat from my thighs or whatever put in my face to fill wrinkles.

I would do my nose, and maybe breasts later after I'm done having kids. I'm generally very happy with my looks and get complimented a lot but my nose is the one feature I don't like about my face. also I really don't think there's anything wrong with ps as long as you're doing it for yourself and not other people.

an eye lift, don't know if id actually do it though not that it bothers me enough to do it, just something I've thought about doing. id make sure to find a dr who specialises in eye lifts. I don't like the extra eyelid skin I got. makes me look tired or part asian. id probably do it on my holidays and hide from everybody for a week until I was healed.

Plastic Surgery should be a very very very last resort, I would start by improving your self image, work out, tan, do your make up, do all the things that make you feel good about yourself!
