When you first meet a girl and go out?

Guys this question is for you. If you've been out with a girl and it's obviously too soon to say you are dating or in a relationship, how long do you wait to see her again? I went out with someone and we were intimate after three weeks. He has contacted me since we were together and apologized for not contacting me sooner and told me he had a great time with me - I did not initiate contact but only responded. I know his schedule and there is a lot at stake if he doesn't stay focused. But it's been 5 days since that text. Not sure what to make of it.

well, two things, he likes you and had a great time but is not interested in something else... now I if he was intereste he shouls contact you. I would I usually do, if there is signs that there could be a relationship... so I don't know but anywas he might just have had a good time but does not want anything else

You're old enough to know. Dumb texting . Its different for everyone. There is nothing wrong with having a good time. It doesn't have to go farther. Let people do what they want to do without your controlling.

Just not sure where things stand. I'm old enough to know its wayyyy too early for relationship thinking and at this age I feel I can make good judgements and trust the partner I'm with, I'm not 20 trying to do this and have expectations. But he did say he wanted to get together again mid-way through the evening. So that's where I'm scratching my head. If we are not serious but still want to get together again how long does a guy wait to reach out?

Once a week is about what I'd aim for. Friday or Saturday nights are typically date nights.
