Do you know a good way to control PMS?

I've heard of starfish oil, evening primrose oil and vitamin B6.

Apparently there is little research to show they work though.

I don't want to go on the pill because of the long term effects. Have you had any experience with these?

Two weeks before my period, I get very depressed and unmotivated, crave chocolate and get a very high libido. I know most people get this, but I get it for two weeks, meaning that I only have two good weeks.
