What kind of excericise should I add if I'm on a low cal diet?

My diet is 1200 calories , I have slow metabolism so I can afford to go that low , I'm thinking of adding exercise . How many days a week should I exercise , I go to University 4 days a week and I don't work .

Im really new at this and I want to get in shape , I have exactly 15 pounds to lose to reach my ideal weight .

How long will it take , any tips and what exercise should I do ?
