Im really new at this and I want to get in shape , I have exactly 15 pounds to lose to reach my ideal weight .
How long will it take , any tips and what exercise should I do ?
Do aerobics or biking at first, just to burn a few calolries and add to how much you can eat! You''ll enjoy the exercise both for itself and for what it means for your diet!
I'd allow 3 months to lose the weight, but it could be quicker if you exercise and still stick to a diet, even if you allow yourself more calories with the exercise!
Idk your height / age / current weight, but 1,2k calories is quite low and potentially unhealthy. Diet is the most important factor in losing weight, but if you want to supply with cardio, that's good too. Running and swimming are effective ways. But if you exercise, you'll also have to eat more.
3-4 days a week is ok.

Well, eating less food slows down your metabolism, so you may want ot pick it up to around 1300-1400 unless you are really short.
There are all kinds of exercises you can do- high intensity, running, weight lifting, boxing, etc. The harder you work you may want to increase your intake to no more than about 1500.

You can do cardio exercise just fine on low carb, you just can't really do weight lifting and build muscle. So you could walk several miles a day or walk every other day. Whatever works for your schedule and fitness level.
20min cardio 3 days a week...1 day rest...other 3 days crunches or other abdominal exercise with some light weight training
P90X or Insanity. They are both pretty good programs. Google the results of them and see if its something you're looking for.
