Okay here are some things you can try:
1. Mix some tiny drops of water with baking soda till it is a paste and apply on the pimple and let it sit for at least 20 minutes or however long you wish, then wash off. (it is normal for it is sting a bit)
2. Aspirin + water to make a paste and apply on pimple and let it sit for however long you want then wash off.
3. Apply tea tree oil (you can dilute it if it is too strong for you).
I've got plenty more, but those are the main things that help me, and I have tried EVERYTHING.
Exfoliation is an easy relief. Leave the pimple be, and get an exfoliation creme that best suits your skin. Take a steamy shower, and apply it when you come out. Follow the directions.
Honestly you have to experiment with your skin type, though. I find lemon juice mixed with brown sugar, flour and honey (sometimes milk as well) works wonders for me. (Apply it like a mask) But that is specifically for a pale person.

Straight rubbing alcohol, was the only thing that worked fast for me. It does dry out your skin but clears of acne fast! then you can rehydrate your skin once the pimple is gone.
