1. Don't smoke.
Smoking can cause a condition called "smoker’s acne"
in which the body does not respond as quickly, to heal the skin as
as it would otherwise, with normal acne.
2. Don't touch your face:
Dirt aand bacteria from your hands
could irritate the skin.
3. Use the right products:
Use a mild non-soap cleanser.
Don't bath too often, as hot/warm water can irritate
and dry out your skin, also remember to wash your face
off with a lukewarm towel after every bath, and everytime
you've been sweating.
Of course, eating healthy keeps the
skin from oiling up as well and prevent
the pores from clogging.
You can also make a DIY mask.
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar (Cider Vinegar in general)
2 teaspoons Cooled-down green tea
5 teaspoons Sugar
Stir a little bit, to mix
and add 1 teaspoon Honey
Stir to mix, and add 2 more teaspoons of Sugar
to made the mixture thicker.
Transfer some to a small bottle
and place in your fridge.
Make sure your face is clean
before applying the mask.
Use a cotton pad to swipe the mask on
this makes it easier for the skin to absorb
all the nutrients.
Even distribute the mask, and when you're happy with it
use your fingertips to massage your face, in circle motions
this'll remove dead skin cells and scar tissue.
Keep massaging for 2-5minutes
and be gentle!
Let the mask sit for about 10minutes.
Exfoliate gently, and pat your face dry
effects should be almost immediate. ^.^

i started washing my pillowcase more often, started using makeup/face wipes every night before bed (even when i didn't wear makeup that day), and I started using a toner with my face washing routine (cleanser in the shower, toner after, then moisturizer). Unfortunately you can't make acne go away overnight but for some that pop up and are really troublesome I spot treat with Clinique's Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel.

I'm currently using the Burt's Bees Acne Solutions toner www.burtsbees.com/.../00450-00,default,pd.html but I've also used Clinique's Acne Solutions toner www.clinique.com/.../Acne-Solutions-Clarifying-Lotion and I like them both.

Okay. I had acne super bad!! Like I had a face covered in huge ones that were leaving scars. I've tried everything! But the only thing that as worked for me is accutane. Accutane has a 75% chance of never getting acne again. If you just have a few pimples don't pop them intill they are ready bc it leaves scars, wash your pillow case more often and get some proactive. Also wash your face morning and night and advoid fatty/ greasy/ oily foods ( anything fried ) Be careful about what type of sunscreen you use bc it could break out as we'll. watch out what kind of makeup you use bc that could break your face out too.
DM me for anymore questions about acne.

Keep your hair & pillowcase clean
Avoid sweets, greasy/fried food (potato chips, french fries, etc) & soda!
Eat a lot of tomatoes or drink homemade tomato juice (cut up tomatoes & add water to a blender. Juice it) It might taste not so great at first but you'll get use to the taste. You can also make a tomato mask: use a strainer when u make the tomato juice but dont throw whats in the strainer away. Put it in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes then put it on ur face. Let it dry then wash it off. Do this for a few days/weeks.
Or you can rub aloe vera on your pimples. You should see results in a few days. I hope this helps!!Clindamyacin Phosphate gel. Prescription only. It worked really well 😊 talk to your doc about it
You need to dry it out. I find putting a dab of clay mask on it overnight really reduces it
